Omdat nieuwe woon- of bedrijfszones in veel gemeenten nauwelijks mogelijk zijn, is het hergebruik van bestaande landbouwsites vaak de meest ruimtezuinige oplossing.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">De burgemeesters stellen vast dat het huidige beleid leidt tot rechtsonzekerheid, omdat beslissingen vaak steunen op interne administratieve richtlijnen zonder duidelijke decretale basis.
