Op die manier zet de wijkwerker een eerste stap in zijn\/haar traject richting werk. Hij\/zij wordt vergoed met wijk-werkcheques en na max. 12 maand volgt een nieuwe stap in de begeleiding naar werk.<\/p>\n<p>Als wijkwerkcoach sta je in voor het coachen van de wijkwerkers die worden toegeleid vanuit OCMW\u2019s. Onder coaching wordt verstaan het sturen, coachen en motiveren van de wijkwerkers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>bij toewijzing van nieuwe opdrachten\/activiteiten gaat de wijk-werkcoach mee op pad met de wijkwerker en ondersteunt hem\/haar bij de eerste contacten met de klant.<\/li>\n<li>de coach is het aanspreekpunt voor de wijkwerker gedurende het volledige wijk-werkentraject. De coach helpt de wijkwerker bij vragen over het arbeidstraject of ander zorgvragen.<\/li>\n<li>de coach gaat op specifieke momenten langs bij de wijkwerker tijdens de uitvoering van zijn\/haar opdracht en stuurt bij indien nodig.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je komt terecht binnen de Dienstverlenende Vereniging Westhoek (DVV Westhoek).
